QUALITY POLICY:

At Floroindia.com we are committed to best quality and utmost customer satisfaction. We certify that all material sent are made with the best and highest quality available. In the rare event that you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, the delivery process or any other aspect of your order please contact us immediately by e-mail or phone, and we will make every effort to correct the problem. Please make all inquiries within 24 hours of delivery. We provide a replacement or refund your money if no other satisfactory remedy remains.

1. Maximum 4 hours delivery available on all days (INCLUDING Sundays) for orders by afternoon. Please consider placing your order at least one day before your preferred delivery date so that the recipient may enjoy and appreciate your thoughtfulness a little in advance.

2. For midnight delivery and same day delivery place order on or before 1.30 pm on the same day. For example, if you want to celebrate Birthday of Your Friend at midnight on 15 January then place order anytime before 1.30 pm on 14th January.

3. We do not guarantee order received after 1.30 PM for delivery on same day or midnight delivery. No refunds will be made for late orders.

4. Floroindia.com is not responsible if addresses filled in are wrong or invalid. We will try to inform you immediately, but no refund will be made.

5. We shall take due caution to deliver the flowers and gifts to the correct person at the address in the order form. However this disclaims any responsibility for damage and/or compensation.

6. Changes in order can be communicated upto 12 hours before the delivery time of the order. We will do our best to ensure the changes are made but there is no guarantee on this account.

7. All bouquets will be assembled as per the description on our website. However, bouquets and gifts may be arranged differently from those shown in the respective pictures.

8. Floroindia.com reserves the right to deliver a similar/alternate product for reasons beyond our control and such action shall not be deemed as non-delivery.

9. We will do our best to meet the date and time of delivery as specified, but any delayed/early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for compensation.

10. On the designated date of delivery, we will make upto two attempts to deliver the bouquet at given address. If the recipient is unavailable, Floroindia.com reserves the right to leave the bouquet or gift with the receptionist/watchman/caretaker of the building or any other such responsible person with instructions for delivery to the recipient. Under such circumstances, the delivery will be deemed to have been completed.

11. Please make sure that you enter the order correctly. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. The right to accept or deny any order is at the sole discretion of Floroindia.com.

12. Claims for refund will only be considered when there is non-delivery. If it is established that delivery was not made, 100% refund will be made within 3 working days of verification.

13. Special Note on holiday delivery of orders: Major floral holidays - especially New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day are very high volume periods. Due to the increased demands we may require 48 hours advance ordering to ensure that your delivery is made on the day requested. Delivery day flexibility is desirable also. During peak holiday times or special days (religious holidays, election day) we may be required to cut off acceptance of orders a day before if all the fulfilling florists in the area stop accepting orders. In such cases we will inform you about the same by e-mail.

14. Floroindia.com reserves rights to make changes in its policy without any prior notice.
